Woody Dawson

If you don't know who he is, Woody Dawson is a fantastic eagle photographer who has provided Blackwater with some really nice pictures to share. Woody has a wonderful page of eagle photos that he has taken over the last few years, from eagles along the Susquehanna River Valley and Alaska. The Susquehanna River Valley encompasses the Conowingo Dam. Conowingo Dam is located in northeastern Maryland on the Susquehanna River just northwest of where the river empties into the northern part of the Chesapeake Bay. It is about eight miles above the town of Havre de Grace. If you are looking at a road map, Havre de Grace is where Interstate 95 crosses the Susquehanna. Liberty & Belle were busy at the nest on Wednesday Jan 3, 2007.
In particular, there was a branch that neither of them could seem to leave alone!

Here is Part 2 of "The Branch"
